Cornish Seasalt

Den oprindelige grundlægger, Tony Fraser, faldt på en gåtur over et saltværk fra jernalderen i en fjern grotte ved Cornwalls sydkyst. De fleste andre mennesker ville blot have noteret sig stedet og så have fortsat med deres liv.

Men Tony ville have svar: Hvorfor uddøde sådan en vigtig del af landets landbrugs- og sardinindustri? Fordi det var blevet lettere at høste stensalt.

Det hele gik ham så meget på, at han besluttede sig for at genopfinde havsaltindustrien til det 21. århundrede.
